Seminars
45–60 minute focused teaching sessions on specific relationship challenges. Seminars provide deep relationship-building information you can apply immediately — practical insight without the pressure.
Workshops
60–90 minutes of interactive, hands-on work. Couples are introduced to specific communication or problem-solving tools and given the opportunity to practice using them in a warm, non-threatening environment.
